2. Data we collect
Information you submit through the contact form (company, name, role, email, campaign details and budget) and, with your consent, analytics data via cookies (Google Analytics 4).
3. Purpose of collection
To respond to your inquiry, provide and improve our services, and understand how the site is used. We do not sell personal data.
4. Retention
We retain inquiry data only as long as needed to handle your request and our business relationship, then delete or anonymize it.
5. Third parties and cross-border processing
We use Google Cloud (Firestore) and Google Analytics. Data is stored in the Asia-Pacific region (Tokyo, Japan). Some processors may handle data outside your country.
6. Japan (APPI)
Where personal data is provided across borders, we obtain your explicit consent and inform you of the protection regime in the destination, as indicated at the point of collection.
7. Korea (PIPA)
Cross-border transfer of personal data is based on your separate consent. Our services are intended for business users; we do not knowingly collect data from children under 14 without guardian consent.
8. Your rights
You may request access to, correction, or deletion of your personal data, and you may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.
9. Cookies
By default we load only essential cookies. Analytics cookies load only after you accept them in the consent banner.
